1. Booking & Payment

An advance of ₹1,000 is required to confirm your slot.

The remaining ₹2,500 must be paid before the session begins.

Payment can be made via UPI, cash, or bank transfer.

Your slot is confirmed only after the advance is received.

2. Cancellation & Refund

The advance amount is non-refundable.

Rescheduling is allowed within the shoot dates (22 Aug – 2 Sep), subject to slot availability.

No-shows without prior intimation will forfeit the advance.

Rescheduling beyond 2nd September is not possible as the setup will be dismantled.

3. Session Rules

Each session is 30 minutes long. Please arrive 10 minutes early.

The session is for one child only (aged 6 months to 2 years).

Only one parent/guardian is allowed inside the studio during the shoot.

The Krishna outfit will be provided at the studio. Bring the child in comfortable clothing.

Please ensure the child is well-fed and rested before the session.

4. If the Child is Uncooperative

If your child is crying or uncooperative, one free reschedule within the shoot dates will be offered, subject to availability.

Our team will do their best to keep the session comfortable and fun.

5. Photo Delivery

5 edited photos + all raw photos will be delivered via Google Drive within 7 working days.

The editing style is at the studio's discretion.

Requests for heavy modifications beyond the included edits will incur extra charges.

6. Optional Add-Ons

Yashoda Photo (mom must come ready) — ₹1,000

Video Reel — ₹1,000

Extra Photo Edit (per photo) — ₹250

Makeup for Yashoda — ₹1,000

Add-ons must be booked at the time of session or before. They cannot be added after the session. For Yashoda photos, the mother should come dressed and ready unless the makeup add-on is purchased.

7. Photo Usage & Sharing

Parents are free to share photos on social media and for personal use.

HiFive Studio reserves the right to use session photos for portfolio and promotional purposes unless opted out in writing before the session.

Photos are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially.

8. Safety & Liability

A parent/guardian must be present at all times during the shoot.

HiFive Studio is not responsible for any injury, allergies, or discomfort during the session.

All props and outfits are sanitized before each session.

9. General

Late arrivals may result in a shorter session due to back-to-back bookings.

HiFive Studio reserves the right to refuse service if terms are not followed.
